CREATIVE EXPRESSION THROUGH ART
The workshops are designed to promote physical and mental well-being through art.
The workshops are intended to switch on the creativity in our brains. Through making art, this allows the brain to acquire information to give form and meaning that comes to us in order to create.
Scientific evidence proves art enhances brain function. It has an impact on brain wave patterns and emotions, the nervous system, and can actually raise serotonin levels and lower cortisol levels. Art can change a person’s outlook and the way they experience the world.
PRIVATE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE
I offer bespoke private sessions for adults and children, individuals and groups for social gatherings and wellbeing workshops at work.
These can be one-offs or regular sessions to ensure goals are achieved.
